Candied Lemon Sugar

This 100% organic cane sugar is intensely flavored with candied lemon. For the realisation of this we make candied lemon peels in our workshop, until they lose any bitterness and gain in savour. Once cooled and "dried", we bring back these peels to let them infuse in sugar for several days before packaging them.

Organic Cane Brown Sugar - Organic Lemon Candied Peels - Natural Lemon.

No additive. No preservative.

Candied Ginger Sugar

This 100% organic cane sugar is intensely flavored with candied ginger. For the realisation of this recipe, we make candied ginger  in our workshop, until it loses any bitterness and develops its aromas. Once cooled and "dried", we bring back this candied "fruit" to let it infuse in sugar for several days before packaging it.
