Chupa-Crunch: a world of flavors


Nature's treasure, the fruits picked at maturity are worked in our workshop to sublimate them and transform them into candied fruits with an exceptional taste.


Each candied fruit that leaves our workshop is the result of a long process including several heating and cooling phases. The total duration of candying takes between 7 and 12 days depending on the fruit and its size.


The purpose of the candying is to replace the water contained in the fruit by the sugar, this one then fills with the aromas of the fruit and exhales the perfumes of it.


The candied fruits "Chupa-Crunch" can be enjoyed at any time of the day, because there is no time to indulge, but also come to sublimate your pastries, ice cream and other delicacies.
